3. 熟悉数据库设计和开发，熟练掌握PostgreSQL、MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，以及NoSQL数据库如MongoDB、Redis等；
4. 具备良好的AI工具协作开发能力，熟练使用Claude Code、Codex、Cursor等AI辅助编程工具，能够在AI协助下高效完成编码任务；
5. 沟通协调能力强，工作严谨、责任心强、抗压能力强、具备高度保密意识；
6. 具备良好的前端开发技能，熟悉JS，TS等语言，熟悉VUE，React等前端技术；有移动应用系统研发经验优先；
7. 熟悉大模型应用开发优先，如LangChain、LlamaIndex、向量数据库等AI基础设施，有RAG、Agent开发经验者优先；
8. 有仓储管理系统（WMS）或生产制造执行系统（MES）开发经验者优先。
