岗位职责
1、UI自动化脚本开发与维护
1）使用 Python 编程语言开发高效的 UI 自动化测试脚本，确保测试脚本的可读性、可维护性和可扩展性。
2）定期对自动化脚本进行优化和重构，以适应产品迭代和测试需求的变化。
2、自动化测试执行与结果分析
1）负责每日自动化测试任务的执行，监控测试过程，确保测试环境的稳定性和测试任务的顺利运行。
2）分析自动化测试执行结果，快速定位失败原因，包括但不限于代码缺陷、环境问题或脚本问题。
3）生成详细的自动化测试报告，记录测试结果、问题发现及改进建议，并与开发团队紧密合作，推动问题的解决。

任职要求：
1、至少一年以上软件自动化测试工作经验，至少有一个自动化测试实施成果案例。

2、具备证券、基金等金融行业交易系统的测试经验，熟悉股票、债券等常见交易业务的完整流程；
3、熟练掌握软件测试全流程及方法论，具备缺陷定位、分析与解决问题的能力，并拥有快速学习新业务与技术的能力；
4、掌握常用的黑盒测试方法，了解白盒测试基本方法；
工作认真负责，拥有良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神； 5、有账户管理、集中运营、场外交易等相关系统的测试经验优先考虑。
