Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute monitproject plans from RFP to go-live, resources allocation risk management.
• Stakeholder Engagement Communication: Collaborate with external consultant internal stakeholders at different locations of the region, including in-house SAP technical expertise end-users to thoroughly understdocument the business requirements delivers during realization. Provide advice to the internal stakeholders to define re-engineer the processes foperational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance Risk Management:
o Implement quality assurance processes controls to ensure the successful delivery of the migration project within scope, budget, timeline constraints.
o Identify potential risks, issues, dependencies early in the project lifecycle develop proactive mitigation strategies.
o Conduct regular reviews audits of project activities to monitprogress address any deviations from the project plan.
• Manage the whole project till Hypercare post go live to ensure all issues met pre post go live are fully satisfactorily handled resolved.
• Manage data migrations, user role definition/alignment with the IT project manager.
• Being main focal point present to Steering Committee on a regular basis adhoc as seen fit
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Finance/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Management, PMP certified is preferred.
• Solid in-house experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation migration fsizable companies, preferably gained in manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO, SD/MM, PP/PM/eHS etc modules is a must.
• Excellent commof spoken written English Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent project management, communication analytical skills.
• Able to work in agile environment, attend meeting with US headquarters willing to travel frequently to China, India APAC Countries.
• Immediate available is preferred.
This is a 1.5-year fixed term contract position based in Kunshan.
