1、能够独立开展招聘全流程工作，利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘信息，对应聘简历进行筛选和面试通知、邀约工作；
2、对基层岗位招聘和初试工作，并签署意见，组织和配合用人部门的复试工作；
3、负责试用期员工的跟踪管理，跟踪重点考核项，实时向上反馈考核项情况；
4、福建办公室的基础行政工作；
5、领导安排的其它工作

任职要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、行政管理、公共事业管理、劳动关系、劳动与社会保障、法律等类相关专业；
2、有招聘工作经验，具备互联网在线教育行业招聘经验者优先考虑，应届毕业生特别优秀的也可以考虑；
3、熟悉招聘流程及招聘技巧；
4、具备行政管理能力；
5、具备较强管理能力、沟通协调能力、团队协作能力、应变能力及执行能力；
6、具备计算机操作能力，熟练使用WPS等相关办公软件。
