4、具备良好的编码规范与面向对象编程能力，逻辑清晰，沟通能力良好；
5、熟悉 Android UI 开发、网络通信、多线程编程；
6、有一定的应用性能优化经验（如内存、耗电、启动速度）；
7、对技术有热情，具备学习新技术的能力与意愿。
