本岗位为派遣岗位

【岗位职责】

1、负责药品到货验收、核对数量、批号及有效期，确保符合入库标准；
2、完成药品分类、上架、整理及库存盘点，保持库房整洁有序；
3、根据各科室需求，及时完成药品调拨与发放，并做好系统记录；
4、定期检查库存药品储存条件，配合完成库房相关报表填写与数据整理。

【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，药学、中药学等相关专业优先，或持有药师资格证书；
2、工作细心严谨，有责任心，能适应库房管理工作节奏；
3、能够长期稳定工作，居住医院周边者优先考虑；

【福利待遇】

实习期2230/月
试用期：2800元/月
转正后：3500元/月六险
工作时间：8:00-16:30，周末双休，法定节假日正常休息。
