岗位职责：
1、负责组织公司安全生产方针的制定和执行，贯彻安全生产政策、指令、文件。
2、组织对事故调查分析，编写事故报告，查明原因、分清责任、落实措施，及时向分管领导及总经理汇报。
3、对公司安全、环保监查工作负责，有指导权、检查权，负责全公司的安全、环保、消防监督管理和考核工作。
4、负责劳动保护安全技术措施计划的编制工作，深入现场督查安全环境管理制度的落实、执行。
5、组织全公司生产人员安全知识培训和考试工作，负责新进员工和外来人员的安全教育培训工作。
6、组织全公司的安全、文明生产大检查和公司性的安全生产活动及消防大检查，对安全、环保工作中的成绩和不足提出奖惩意见，并督促考核检查整改项目的落实情况。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，环保相关专业。
2、环境工程，安全工程5年以上化工类企业安全管理相关工作经验；三年以上涂料行业经历的优先考虑。
3、熟悉环保行业法律法规及政策，掌握安全标准化管理、消防管理管理等相关方面的知识。
4、高效率、高执行力、高度的敬业精神及工作热情。
5、工作态度积极乐观、人际交往能力优秀。
