1. - 图纸与工艺分析：看懂零件图纸、工艺卡，明确尺寸、公差、材质、表面粗糙度要求。

- 程序准备：编写/修改/导入数控程序（G/M代码），模拟校验防碰撞。

- 工装准备：安装、校正夹具、卡盘、；选刀、装刀、对刀、设刀补。

- 参数设置：设定主轴转速、进给、切削深度、冷却等参数。

- 首件试切：试切、测量、修正程序/参数，确认合格后批量生产。
二、生产过程监控与优化
- 巡检与质量控制：定时抽检尺寸、外观；监控刀具磨损，及时补偿/换刀。

- 异常处理：解决振刀、让刀、尺寸超差、粗糙度不良、螺纹误差等问题。

- 工艺优化：改进参数、路径、刀具，提升效率、降低废品、延长刀具寿命。

- 记录：填写首件、自检、换刀、参数变更、设备点检等报表。
三、设备维护与安全
- 日常保养：日保/周保（润滑、清洁、液压、排屑、导轨检查）。

- 故障排查：判断并处理一般电气、机械、系统报警；协助维修。

- 安全规范：遵守安全规程，确保人身、设备、刀具安全。

- 现场管理：保持工位6S整洁。
四、质量与技术支持
- 质量责任：对调机产品质量负责，配合分析不合格品并改进。

- 技术传承：记录*优参数与方案，培训操作工。

- 新品支持：参与新产品试产，提供工艺与调试反馈。
五、其他
- 完成上级安排的生产、技术、改善等临时任务。
