岗位职责：
1、负责试验相关文件的整理、归档和维护，确保符合GCP及相关法规要求；
2、协助准备并提交伦理委员会（IRB/IEC）和监管机构所需的文件，并跟进审批进度；
3、维护伦理委员会和监管机构的沟通记录，确保试验的合规性；
4、协助临床试验中心的合同谈判、执行和归档;
5、跟进研究者和机构的付款流程，确保按合同条款及时支付;
6、协助临床试验团队（包括CRA、PM、研究中心等）进行项目管理支持，如会议安排、日程协调、会议记录等，协助组织临床试验相关培训，如研究者会议等。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，临床、医药类相关专业优先；
2、3年左右CTA管理经验；
3、对文件管理与标准操作规程有规范和清晰的认识；
4、熟悉相应法规和流程试验全流程；
5、熟练应用CTA所需各类办公软件，良好的沟通协调能力及抗压性。
