2、确保产品质量控制计划相关过程文件的完整性，包括控制计划、QC检验/测试操作指导书等。
3、参与新产品的前期策划，负责产品可靠性检测方法制定和工具选用，审核签批测试报告。
4、有效运用质量控制方法和工具提高质量控制能力/水平，以确保品质稳定性，提高客户满意度。
5、处理内外审核质量问题/持续改进过程问题，以确定根本原因，提出和实施纠正、预防措施，并确保有效落实。
6、负责管理质量部门管辖范围内的公司财产以及各类电驱相关质量文件和记录。
7、应对客诉，配合外部审核。
8、推进公司质量培训、质量改进活动和质量文化的建设。
9、主导研发阶段关键测试项目，跟踪测试过程中的问题，推动研发团队进行根因分析与整改，确保产品达标后进入量产阶段；监督生产线测试环节，确保测试设备校准有效、测试方法合规。
10、完成上级安排的其他任务。
任职要求
1、本科及以上；
2、工业工程或机械/电气类专业；
3、三年以上短途交通工具或3C产品的质量检验、控制和管理经验；
4、掌握质量管理工具及方法，如APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, 控制计划等；
5、熟悉电池、电机、控制器任一领域者优先。
