1.需求调研与分析
需要对客户或业务的需求进行调研和分析，了解他们的需求、痛点和期望。
2. 系统设计
理解用户需求并编写需求规格数与设计文档，共同参与需求评审
3.开发、测试及标准化
按产品需求和设计文档，完成代码编写、接口对接、单元测试等开发、调试、维护任务，按开发管理制度及时提交代码和开发文档到版本库
4.系统保障
参与软件系统的维护、优化和改进工作，提高系统的稳定性和性能
岗位要求：
1. 开发工具：掌握常用前后端开发工具使用：Visual Studio、Git、Svn、Hbuilder
2. 基础语言：掌握常规编程能力，熟悉编程语言特点，会运用特性、继承、多态、封装等技能；了解ORM、IOC、定时调度、异步、缓存、组件封装技术
3. 数据结构：能够熟练运用常用数据结构解决实际工作问题（如：List、Dictionary、HashSet、Queue、Stack等）
4. 技术框架：熟练掌握winform、.net core开发技术，熟悉C#编程语言，了解MVC、WinForm、WebForm开发
5. 数据库：掌握数据库开发能力，能够完成视图、存储过程开发任务；掌握数据库的安装部署、备份还原；能够完成数据库索引优化、性能优化
6.能够运用主流布局Flex、Grid等，实现界面布局开发；了解Vue Route、VueX的使用；熟练掌握企业微信H5、App、微信小程序中至少一项的开发
