1、跟踪电力电子行业技术发展动态（如拓扑结构、控制策略、标准规范），分析产品技术竞争力，制定算法优化方向；
2、负责电力电子变换器（如光伏逆变器、储能变流器、LLC谐振变换器、DAB控制、BUCK-BOOST等）的DSP控制算法方案设计，包括保护、状态机、控制策略选型、环路指标定义、性能边界确认；
3、完成算法代码开发（C语言）、仿真验证（Simulink/PLECS）、样机调试及NPI导入生产，解决量产中的算法相关问题；
4、协同硬件团队完成关键器件（如DSP芯片、功率器件）选型与算法适配，优化系统动态响应与稳定性；
5、根据项目需求，完成算法模块设计、性能测试及生产问题攻关，输出技术文档与解决方案。
任职要求：
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电气工程、控制科学与工程等相关专业；
2、经验要求：5年以上电力电子控制算法开发经验，具备光伏逆变器/储能变流器/充电桩等产品落地经验；
3、精通TI C2000系列DSP开发（Code Composer Studio），熟练掌握C语言嵌入式编程；
4、熟悉电力电子核心控制算法（SVPWM、SPWM、环路稳定性分析等）；
5、能独立完成PLECS/Simulink算法仿真及代码系统级性能验证。
