1.负责流程与质量管理工作，组织和制订相关质量管理规程，建立并完善质量标准及相关管理流程
2.基于汽车行业的管理标准，制定有效的质量管理标准和质量文化，并贯彻落实
3.负责组织部门产品需求定义、开发、售后等过程管理体系建设和改进
4.审核和测量质量管理体系运行情况和质量绩效结果，及时收集、传递、反馈和管理质量信息，发挥质量管理的监督、推动作用
5.负责跟踪质量体系相关文档/文件输出及运行情况，并及时做好修订工作；
职位要求：
1.五年以上管理相关工作经验；有产品开发经验（软件、硬件、系统工程或测试之一）优先，从事过汽车行业品质管理者优先考虑；
2.熟悉质量管理标准模型(IPD，ISO9000.CMMCMMI或6SIGMA或软件敏捷)并有部署实施的经验；
3.熟悉IATF16949体系，AutomotiveSPICE以及五大质量工具APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA、MSA，并有部署实施的经验；
4.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协调及团队协作能力，为人踏实，责任心强
