一、岗位职责
1.负责政务、高校类信息化定制软件全栈开发，后端基于 SpringBoot、MybatisPlus 开发业务模块，处理数据接口、并发、事务、SQL 优化、缓存等问题；
2.前端使用 Vue3、TypeScript、UniAPP 开发管理后台、移动端 H5 / 小程序，负责页面开发、组件封装、状态管理、浏览器及移动端适配；
3.参与项目架构选型、接口设计、性能调优，解决系统兼容性、环境部署、前后端联调问题；
4.参与旧系统二次开发，做好新旧数据、代码兼容；配合驻场实施，快速排查线上环境、部署相关故障；
5.跟进前后端新技术落地，保障系统安全、数据稳定、接口高效可用。
二、任职要求
1.熟练使用SpringBoot、MybatisPlus、MySQL、Redis、Nginx，懂索引设计、慢 SQL 优化、并发问题处理、分布式锁、事务配置优化；
2.精通Vue3、TypeScript、JavaScript、HTML5/CSS3、AntDesignVue4，熟悉 UniAPP，掌握组件通信、状态管理、虚拟 DOM、前端性能优化；
3.了解 Webpack 打包优化、JS 异步处理、XSS/CSRF 安全防护、浏览器 / 移动端适配兼容；
4.有政务、高校信息化、定制化软件项目经验优先，能接受驻场开发，具备问题排查、二次开发兼容能力；
5.沟通顺畅，责任心强，能独立完成模块开发，跟进新技术落地（如SpringBoot3、Java 虚拟线程等）。
6.持有系统架构设计师（软考高级）、软件设计师证书（软考中级）优先
