一、岗位职责
1.界面设计主导：负责公司软件产品的 UI 界面设计，涵盖 Web 端与 APP 端，精准把握设计风格与用户体验，打造简洁美观、易用高效的界面。
2.创意素材产出：参与产品前期视觉研究，分析设计流行趋势，为产品提供独特创意与设计灵感，输出高质量视觉素材。
3.活动视觉执行：负责电商海报、活动页等视觉营销活动设计，营造强视觉冲击与营销氛围，助力提升活动指标。
4.设计规范制定：使用 Figma 或 Sketch 等工具输出设计规范，完成标注切图交付开发，确保设计在开发环节的精准还原。
5.3D 元素融合（可选）：若具备 3D 建模技能，负责简易产品 3D 模型搭建，如礼盒、IP 形象建模，并将 3D 元素融入界面设计，如立体按钮、动态背景。
二、任职要求
1.学历专业：统招本科及以上学历设计类相关专业优先。
2.3 年以上 UI 设计经验，有完整项目案例（APP / 网页作品集展示）。
3.熟练掌握 Figma、PS、AI 等设计软件，若涉及 3D 工作，需掌握 Blender、C4D、Spline 等至少一款 3D 工具基础操作，了解 3D 资源优化技巧。
4.设计素养：理解 Material Design/iOS 等基础规范，具备良好审美能力，对流行趋势有敏锐洞察力，能将设计理念转化为优秀作品。
5.其他素质：具备良好沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够有效对接产品、开发等团队，保障项目推进；学习能力强，愿意探索新设计趋势与技术。
