2、精通java语言，熟练掌握常用开发框架和组件，熟悉JVM执行机制，能分析和优化代码效率。
3、精通关系数据库，可以编写复杂的sql，,熟悉数据库的优化，熟悉OLTP、OLAP的设计和优化。
4、熟练掌握Spring 框架，掌握微服务架构的设计，熟练掌握Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud的开发，熟悉Nacos，Gateway等分布式微服务框架下的开发和部署。
5、熟练掌握任务处理和线程优化、了解分布式任务处理的实现。
6、精通Linux，熟练掌握Web应用的持续集成、自动化部署和发布、自动化测试环境，熟悉Docker容器化部署的集成环境。
7、有大数据开发经验，熟悉Spark、Hive、Flink 等框架者优先。
8、熟悉Python 数据挖掘分析算法和深度学习算法优先。
9、善于学习，善于沟通，思路清晰，有独当一面的技术能力，有较强的团队配合和沟通能力。
10、熟悉分析设计方法，有丰富的分析设计和实现能力，熟悉开发过程管理中的各种规范和流程，能够按照规范要求编写各种文档。
11、有敬业精神及团队协作能力。
