4、精通mysql，Oracle等大型数据库使用及设计、开发经验，具备sql优化功底；
5、熟练使用Nginx，Redis、MQ等中间件软件，具备高并发、高可用的设计经验，对接口设计具有健壮性、扩展性的理解；
6、掌握常用安全加密技术，具有安全加密设计、分析能力；
7、能够适应出差，承受较大的工作压力，有团队意识和钻研精神；
8、开发过规则引擎、流程引擎，信创项目经验的优先考虑；
