【岗位职责】
1.负责游戏/VR影视项目中Unity3D引擎的场景搭建、地形编辑、光照烘焙及氛围营造，确保场景视觉效果符合项目风格定位。
2.参与场景资源规划，配合美术团队完成模型、材质、贴图的优化适配，
控制场景资源占用，保障项目运行流畅度。
3.负责场景交互逻辑实现（如触发事件、环境动态效果)，配合程序团队完成功能落地与调试。
4.参与场景美术规范制定，把控场景细节品质。优化制作流程，提升团队生产效率。
5.跟进行业前沿技术，将新技术、新方法应用于场景制作，提升项目视觉表现力。
【岗位职责】
1.美术相关专业，3年以上Unity3D场景地编相关工作经验。
2.精通Unity3D引|擎场景编辑功能，熟练掌握地形工具、光照系统、粒子系统等，能独立完成完整场景搭建。
3.具备扎实的美术功底，良好的色彩感、空间感和构图能力，能精准把控场景氛围与细节质感。
4.熟练使用3dsMax、 Maya、Substance、Photoshop等软件，能独立完
Painter/Designer、成场景模型、材质、贴图的制作与优化。
5.了解场景资源优化技巧，熟悉移动端/PC端性能指标，能在保证视觉效果的同时控制资源占用。
6.具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队意识，能高效配合策划、程序团队推进项目，有较强的沟通能力和执行力。
7.热爱游戏/影视行业,关注行业动态，有成熟项目案例者优先。
