岗位职责：
1.负责Facebook广告账户的全流程管理，包括账户创建、预算分配、受众定位（核心受众/自定义受众/类似受众）、广告素材规划及投放策略制定，重点针对时尚品类优化ROI，针对时尚品类产品制定投放机制，确立目标人群特征（如年龄、兴趣标签）并动态调整策略
2.每日监控广告数据（点击率、转化率、ROI），通过A/B测试优化广告素材、文案、落地页，降低获客成本并提升转化率，按日/周/月输出数据分析报告，提出优化建议并跟进执行效果
3.核心剪辑职责：主导或协同设计团队完成广告素材制作，包括：基础图片处理（PS修图、抠图、调色）
4.视频剪辑（使用PR、剪映等工具制作短视频，突出产品卖点、场景化展示），素材本地化适配（如欧美审美偏好、节日营销元素融入），撰写高转化文案（标题、产品描述、宣传语），确保与视觉素材协同提升点击率；
5.严格遵守Facebook广告政策：规避侵权素材、禁用夸大宣传、落地页功能合规，协同设计/运营团队推动项目实施，确保广告目标的顺利完成。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，一年以上跨境电商Facebook广告投放经验，有时尚品类（服装、鞋靴、配饰）独立站或Shopify推广案例；
2.核心技能：剪辑与创意能力，熟练使用PS处理图片，PR/剪映进行视频剪辑；
3.能力延伸：能独立制作基础广告素材（如图文混排、短视频剪辑），参与创意讨论并提出视觉优化方案；
4.熟悉欧美市场用户行为（如节日消费高峰、社交媒体趋势），具备选品及热点捕捉能力；
5.英语四级以上（六级优先），能撰写英文广告文案、解读平台政策及竞品报告；
6.熟悉数据分析工具，能通过数据拆解归因（如转化漏斗分析）优化投放策略；
7.熟悉Facebook算法更新、广告政策（如规避“规避系统”封号风险）
