岗位职责：

1. 根据技术支持主管分配，独立或协作完成PHP项目的开发任务。
2. 参与公司官网及相关业务系统的需求分析、开发与上线工作。
3. 负责开源建站及支付插件的开发、定制、维护与升级。
4. 维护现有PHP项目，及时发现并修复系统BUG，保证系统稳定运行。
5. 定期监控开源PHP程序及插件的版本更新，评估更新风险并执行版本升级。
6. 跟进项目需求，从开发到上线全流程管理，确保功能按时、高质量交付。
7. 日常临时或紧急技术任务的处理，保证业务连续性。
8. 编写和维护项目文档、技术文档及开发规范，提升团队协作效率。
9. 持续优化PHP项目性能及代码质量，提出技术改进方案。

任职要求：
1. 1年以上相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉PHP开发，熟悉常用框架（如 Laravel、ThinkPHP、Yii 等）。
3. 熟悉 MySQL/Redis 等数据库设计与优化，具备良好的SQL能力。
4. 熟悉 HTML、CSS、JavaScript，能够独立完成前后端对接。
5. 有开源建站系统（如 WordPress、Magento、Drupal 等）开发或插件定制经验优先。
6. 熟悉 Git 或其他版本管理工具，具备良好的代码管理习惯。
7. 具备系统性能优化、异常排查与安全防护能力。
8. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够独立分析问题并提供解决方案。
9. 具有责任心，能适应一定的工作压力及临时紧急任务。
10. 对新技术保持敏感，有持续学习和自我提升的意愿。
11. 敬业、诚信、纪律、公道、沟通协调能力，具备团队协作精神。
