一、岗位定位：
仿真分析，为机械设计提供量化依据。
二、岗位职责：
1.静力学分析：对壳体、支架、连接件等进行复杂工况下的静强度、刚度及位移分析，识别应力集中区域，提出结构优化建议。
2.动力学分析：针对线控转向/悬架系统进行模态分析，避免系统共振；进行多体动力学仿真，计算关键零部件的动载荷。
3.疲劳寿命预测：基于材料S-N曲线和实测载荷谱，对关键结构件进行高周/低周疲劳分析，预测产品寿命。
4.优化设计：结合拓扑优化、尺寸优化等手段，在满足性能的前提下实现产品轻量化。
三、任职资格：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，力学、机械工程、车辆工程相关专业。
2、职业经历：3年以上汽车行业CAE分析经验，有底盘类产品(转向节、副车架等)分析案例者优先。
3、核心技能：熟练使用至少一款主流通用有限元软件(如Abaqus、Ansys Workbench等)进行非线性/线性分析。熟练使用Adams或Simpack等软件进行机构运动学和动力学仿真。具备高质量网格划分能力(Hypermesh或Ansa)，能处理复杂曲面结构。扎实的力学理论基础，能准确判断仿真结果的正确性，并提出清晰的改进路径。
4、加分项：熟悉疲劳分析软件(如nCode、Femfat)。有与测试团队合作进行仿真与测试对标的经验
