负责跨境物流头尾程业务系统开发维护工作。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，5年以上Java开发经验；
2、具备至少2年物流行业背景，必须拥有海外仓头程或尾程系统设计与开发经验；
3、扎实的编程基础：深入理解常用数据结构、算法、JVM原理、并发编程及Java核心特性；
4、熟练Spring Boot、MyBatis-Plus等主流框架，了解其核心原理和机制；
5、熟练使用Redis、RabbitMQ等中间件，具备在高并发场景下的实战应用经验；
6、熟悉分布式系统概念，对高可用、高性能架构有基本理解，具备一定系统调优能力；
7、具备良好的业务抽象和逻辑思维能力，能独立完成复杂业务模块的设计与开发；
8、具备较强的团队协作意识和沟通能力，能与产品、测试等多角色高效协同；
9、责任心强，能适应一定强度的工作压力，对技术有热情，具备良好的学习能力和结果导向意识；
