岗位职责
1. 基于业务需求，用Java/Python/Go等技术设计后端架构（如微服务、数据库结构）；
2. 开发并维护API接口，为前端/客户端提供数据交互支持；
3. 负责数据库（MySQL/Redis等）的设计、优化与数据管理；
4. 实现核心业务逻辑（如用户认证、订单处理），保障功能稳定性；
5. 优化服务性能（并发处理、响应速度），解决高可用、高并发问题；
6. 与前端/产品/测试协作，排查问题，迭代功能，编写技术文档。
7. 完成公司安排的其他岗位相关的临时性工作。
任职要求
1.计算机或相关专业,本科或以上学历，有3-5工作经验且服装行业供应链方面的开发优先；
2.具备优秀的设计及良好的开发习惯，具备沟通需求.设计.架构.开发的能力；
3.扎实的编程.算法.数据结构基础，精通java，熟练使用Spring框架及相关组件；
4.熟悉至少一种关系型数据库，了解NoSQL数据库产品例如MongoDB.了解消息队列系统，如Kafka等；
5.具有较强的责任意识与较高的主动性，善于交流，遇到问题不推诿，主动推动问题的解决。
