岗位职责：
1、可独立承担产品/项目模块的开发工作；

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业大学本科以上学历，3年以上Java项目开发经验，有Web前端开发经验更佳，具备移动开发或物联网、硬件控制软件开发经验者优先考虑；
2、精通Java编程语言，熟悉J2EE体系架构，熟练SSM开发框架及Spring Boot开发体系，*好还掌握其它后端语言（如.Net、GO、Python等）；
3、熟悉MySQL、SQL Server、Oracle等常用数据库，并具有一定的SQL功底，熟悉SQL调优；
4、熟练掌握Redis并理解其适用场景，熟悉或了解微服务/RPC等框架（如Sprig Cloud、Dubbo、Thrift、gRPC等）、搜索（Lucene、Solr、ElasticSearch等）、消息队列框架（如Kafka、RocketMQ、RabbitMQ等）、分布式存储系统（如HDFS、FastDFS等）、分布式协调服务（如Zookeeper、Etcd、Consul等）等技术；
5、熟悉或了解Docker/Kubernetes等相关知识，有落地实践经验更佳，了解OpenStack相关知识；
6、熟悉Linux下的基本操作，熟练使用Git版本控制，对多人开发出现的突出有解决能力；
7、熟悉软件开发流程，面向对象分析和设计思想、分层模型、构件开发、设计模式等有一定理解；
8、有良好的软件工程、质量意识和业务分析能力，能把握业务关键点并拿出相应的技术方案；
9、有一定的项目开发经验和有独立架构设计、实施完整项目的经验；
10、对新技术和新应用有浓厚兴趣，有较强的领悟能力和沟通能力，拥有很好的团队合作精神；
11、有AI应用相关开发经验者优先考虑。
