岗位职责：
1. 与德国总部沟通，负责信息技术系统的日常维护、技术支持与安全管理，确保IT基础设施稳定运行，支持业务高效开展；
2. 负责服务器、网络与终端设备的安装配置、故障排除及性能监控，确保网络稳定安全；
3. 为员工提供软硬件及网络问题的技术支持，处理日常IT服务请求，记录并跟踪问题解决情况；
4. 实施并维护信息安全策略，定期进行安全检查与漏洞修复，管理用户权限，确保数据安全与合规性；
5. 参与IT系统的升级、优化及新技术引入，协助ERP、MES等企业应用系统（含SAP）的部署与维护；
6. 推进本地开发软件，OA完善等。
任职要求：
1. 计算机专业，三年以上相关工作经验；
2. 英语口语能沟通；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能独立解决常见IT问题；
4. 具备良好的学习力、判断力、思考力，以及正确的价值观。
