岗位职责：
1、产品检测、评定
步骤一：检查被检测产品外观，确保表面无异物、油污。
步骤二：根据检验计划（或检验指导书）找正被检测产品，确保被检测产品稳定。
步骤三：按照操作规范操作三坐标，调用检测程序对被检测产品的相关要素打点采集数据。
步骤四：采集完毕后三坐标归位，分析各采集点的数据，对异常数据进行重复采集确保数据准确。
步骤五：建立评价坐标系，按照设计图纸对相关被测要素进行评价，输出检测报告。
步骤六：检测完毕，在被测产品上做好标识，转出检测室。
2、不合格品分析与处置
步骤一：发现不合格项后开出《缺陷报告》，发起原因分析通知至相关检验主管、工艺处、生产调度或班组长。
步骤二：依据分析决策，对后续相同产品进行检测验证，验证结果通知相关检验主管、工艺处、生产调度。
步骤三：跟踪《缺陷报告》关闭。
3、检测设备的日常管理及保养，并做好记录。
步骤一：根据设备保养要求按时开展设备维护保养，保养完毕做好记录。
步骤二：发生异响时，及时关停设备并发起设备维修需求。
步骤三：跟踪、监督设备维修过程，避免异常发生。
步骤四：验证、评价维修效果。
4、按时完成检测室6S工作，确保达标。
5、完成上级交办的临时工作。
任职资格：
1、掌握海克斯康三坐标的测量与编程工作；
2、能接受倒班，早班（8:00-17:00），中班（17:00-凌晨1:00）
