Chongqing Youyang County People's Hospital

Chongqing Youyang County People's Hospital is a National Grade II Class A general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, prevention, healthcare, rehabilitation, and emergency care, and is currently striving to become a Grade III hospital. In February 2013, the hospital became a trustee hospital of the Affiliated * Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and was simultaneously named Youyang Hospital of the Affiliated * Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. It is the medical treatment center of Youyang County, with medical services covering a population of 840,000 in Youyang and surrounding districts and counties. Due to work needs, we are now sincerely recruiting the following non-staff positions.
I. Positions and Number of Recruits
A total of 5 non-staff workers are being recruited this time. Among them, 1 laboratory technician, 2 radiology operating technicians, 1 medical affairs officer, and 1 medical records administrator. For specific positions and requirements, please refer to the "2017 Recruitment List of Non-staff Positions at Chongqing Youyang County People's Hospital" (Attachment 1).
The recruited personnel shall undergo a probation period according to regulations. Those who fail the assessment during or at the end of the probation period, are found to have used false information in registration, or are found to have concealed pre-employment medical history and whose physical conditions do not meet the position requirements shall have their employment qualification canceled.
II. Basic Conditions for Recruitment
Applicants shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
1. Abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, ideological and political quality, and professional ethics;
2. Love the medical cause, be loyal and dedicated, and have good communication skills and service awareness;
3. Be in good health, with regular facial features, no infectious diseases or limb/organ defects, and have the physical conditions to normally perform job duties;
4. The following persons are not within the scope of this recruitment:
Those who have been subjected to criminal punishment for crimes, have been dismissed from public office or expelled from the Party; those whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of illegal crimes and are under judicial investigation with no conclusion yet; those whose Party disciplinary or administrative disciplinary sanction has not been lifted or who are under disciplinary review.
III. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration
This recruitment adopts on-site registration. Applicants may only register for one position.

(2) Materials Required for Registration
Original and photocopies of graduation certificate, degree certificate, ID card, and professional title certificate (originals will be returned to the applicant after verification), and 2017 fresh graduates need to provide an employment recommendation form stamped by the school.
(3) The examination includes a written test and an interview. The written test score accounts for 50%, and the interview score accounts for 50%.
(4) Examination.
1. Professional knowledge written test. The written test content for laboratory technician applicants is basic medical laboratory knowledge, for radiology operating technician applicants is basic medical imaging knowledge, for medical affairs officer applicants is basic health service management knowledge, and for medical records administrator applicants is basic information or computer knowledge. The score is 100 points, and it is conducted in a closed-book manner.
Written test time: 9:00 a.m. on April 25, 2017. Examination location: Conference Room, 13th Floor, Surgery Building. Enter the examination room with your ID card.
2. Interview. For each position, according to the written test scores, candidates enter the interview at a ratio of 1:2 based on the position and number of candidates (if the last candidates have the same score, they enter the interview together). A structured interview method is adopted.
Interview time: 2:30 p.m. on April 25, 2017. Interview location: Conference Room, 13th Floor, Surgery Building. Enter the examination room with your ID card.
(5) Physical examination. Among those who pass the examination, physical examination candidates shall be determined in equal numbers from high to low according to the total score of candidates for the position (if scores are tied, selection shall be based on the priority order of written test score and interview score). Those who pass the physical examination shall be hired; those who fail shall have their employment qualification canceled. Physical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. If a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination or confirmed automatic waiver, it may be filled by replacement. Physical examination time: 8:00 on April 26, 2017.
(6) Signing the employment contract. Previous graduates shall sign a labor contract before taking up their posts; 2017 fresh graduates shall first sign an employment agreement, and before July 31, 2017, sign a labor contract with the unit with two certificates (graduation certificate and degree certificate). Those who fail to obtain the two certificates before July 31, 2017 shall have their employment qualification canceled.
III. Benefits
The probation period is 3 months. During the probation period, only basic salary is paid, and four insurances and one housing fund are paid. After passing the probation period assessment, the salary and benefits shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the hospital.
