领导团队攻克复杂的技术难题，为客户的CSMS体系建设、TARA分析、渗透测试、漏洞挖掘等提供专家级咨询和评审服务。
推动云原生测试平台与实体测试能力的融合，探索自动化、智能化的测试解决方案，提升测试效率和覆盖率。
组建、培养和管理一支高绩效的技术团队（包括测试工程师、渗透测试专家、合规专家等），设计团队成长路径和培训体系。
建立并优化实验室的质量管理体系、项目管理流程和知识管理体系。
任职要求｜ Qualifications
硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、电子信息、车辆工程、网络安全等相关专业。8年以上汽车电子或网络安全领域经验，至少3年以上团队（5人+）管理经验，并有独立的P&L管理经验。
必须对 UN R155 CSMS认证体系和 ISO/SAE 21434 产品开发流程有手的实战成功经验。必须极度精通GB 44495-2024 的各项测试要求和试验方法。
必须具备丰富的智能座舱、T-BOX、网关等产品的嵌入式渗透测试经验。精通常见的Web漏洞、移动端App漏洞、通信协议漏洞（如TCP/IP堆栈漏洞）和硬件接口安全。具备独立编写详尽测试方案、用例、报告及管理漏洞生命周期的能力。
卓越的领导力、战略思维和商业敏锐度。出色的沟通协调能力和客户 presentation 能力。能够承受压力，激发团队斗志。

优先条件 (Preferred):
1.有在第三方检测认证机构、知名主机厂（如BOSCH, Continental, Aptiv）负责汽车信息安全工作的经验。
2.具有CNAS实验室建设或管理的成功经验。
3.拥有CISSP, OSCP, ISO 21434等相关领域认证。
4.具备出色的英文沟通能力，有支持海外项目或全球合规的经验。
