3. 精通Java语言及JVM原理，熟练使用MySQL、Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka等中间件，具备复杂SQL优化及大规模数据处理经验；
4. 有大型分布式系统设计与实施经验，熟悉容器化（Docker/Kubernetes）及云平台（如阿里云、AWS）部署运维流程；
5. 具备良好的系统抽象能力、问题定位能力及跨团队协作意识，能独立承担模块级技术决策与交付责任。
