5. 熟悉常见设计模式，具备优秀的debug/profiling能力。

6. 精通git、maven、IDEA、redis、nains;

7. 熟悉Linux系统的常用命令；

8. 熟悉高性能，高可用，高拓展系统架构设计者优先。
