岗位职责
（1）负责公司安全管理体系的规划、实施与持续改进，确保符合国家及行业相关法规要求。
（2）制定并完善安全管理制度、操作规程及应急预案，监督落实执行情况。
（3）负责职业健康管理体系的建立与实施，定期组织职业病危害因素检测与评估。制定职业健康防护措施，监督员工劳动防护用品的配备与使用。
（4）组织开展各类安全培训活动，包括新员工入职安全培训、岗位安全技能培训、安全法规培训等，提高员工的安全意识和操作技能。
（5）制定企业的生产安全事故应急预案，并定期组织演练，提高企业应对突发安全事故的能力。
（6）与政府安全监管部门、行业协会等保持密切联系，及时了解*新的安全法规和政策要求，为企业提供合规建议。
任职要求：
1）学历与专业：要求具有安全工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
（2）职业资格证书：持有注册安全工程师职业资格证书或相关职业资格证书者优先。
（3）工作经验：5 年以上安全环保与职业健康管理经验，且具有丰富的安全管理实践经验。有第三方客户审核经验优先。
（4）专业技能：熟悉国家和地方的安全法规、标准和规范，具备扎实的安全工程专业知识。熟练使用办公软件，能够进行安全规章制度的撰写。
（5）能力素质：具有较强的安全意识和责任心，能够认真履行安全管理职责。具有较强的问题解决能力，能够及时处理安全管理工作中出现的各种问题
