一、岗位职责
负责工厂安全（Safety）管理体系的建立、实施与持续改善，确保符合国家法律法规及公司EHS要求；
负责机械安全管理，包括设备安全评估、风险识别及改善措施推动落实；
负责 LOTO（挂牌上锁）标准的制定、实施、培训及现场符合性监督；
组织开展安全风险识别、隐患排查及安全专项检查，跟进整改闭环；
主导或参与 EHS / Safety 相关内部及外部审核，跟进审核问题改善；
组织安全培训及宣导，提升员工安全意识与工厂安全文化；
参与事故/事件调查分析，推动纠正与预防措施落实；
与生产、工程及总部EHS团队沟通协作，支持工厂EHS持续改进。
二、任职要求
学历及专业：本科及以上学历，安全工程专业；
工作经验：
3年以上制造业EHS / Safety相关经验；
有 EMS厂或注塑厂外资企业EHS部门工作经验者优先；
专业能力：
熟悉机械安全管理要求；
熟悉 LOTO（挂牌上锁）标准及实际应用；
熟悉国家及地方安全生产法律法规；
语言能力：
具备良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力；
CET-4 及以上；
具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，能独立推进安全改善项目；
责任心强，具备良好的现场管理意识和抗压能力。
