工作职责：

1、负责产品服务端的架构设计和系统优化；

2、负责编写核心框架和核心组件代码，提高后台系统复用性和稳定性；

3、承担重点、难点的技术攻坚，提高团队技术能力，对团队的整体质量负责，review具体技术方案和代码实现；

4、基于业务发展预判，制定各技术模块未来1年技术演进路线；

5、领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，五年以上Java开发经验；

2、设计、实现过复杂分布式系统，重点在业务模型抽象和系统稳定性建设两个方面有积累，并主导过至少一个5人以上，持续时间超过1年的产品团队的架构设计工作；

3、精通Java语言，熟悉Python/Go/C++之中至少一种编程语言，并具备根据需要学习新编程语言的能力；

4、熟悉Spring、Spring Boot等框架，理解JVM的实现机制及性能调优;

5、对面向对象、面向领域编程有自己的理解，熟悉多线程编程，掌握常用的设计模式，熟悉JVM以及性能优化；

6、熟悉MySQL、Redis，Kafka，MongoDB，ES等常见的后端组件，对组件内部的实现细节有了解；

7、自我驱动能力、自我学习能力强，执行力好，良好的沟通协作能力，注重效率，能够深刻影响其他人，能够在一定压力下工作。
