工作职责
Key Accountabilities:
1、Prepare detailed work plans testing programs of assigned audits incorporating audit objectives, scope, approach, audit risks, manpower requirement timing faudits.
2、Conduct audits, generally of a more complex nature, to assess the adequacy, effectiveness efficiency of the Chinese MainlBusiness’s systems of internal controls level of compliance with the Corporation’s policies procedures. The types of audits include regulatory compliance IT audits covering cybersecurity, data protection (personal operational data), IT general controls, IT application controls.
3、Conduct ad hoc activities such as special reviews, investigations advisory service.
4、Conduct follow-up reviews to analyze validate the implementation status of the agreed management actions arising from audits.
5、Establish audit evidence by preparing risk control evaluation documentation with supporting working papers of appropriate quality.
任职资格
Education:
Degree in information technology, accounting, relevant discipline
Specialist Training:
1、Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Information Systems Audit(CISA), Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) equivalent is an advantage.
2、Knowledge of internal auditing accounting standards.
3、Foundational knowledge of IT controls (e.g., cybersecurity, access management, change management, data security).
4、Exposure to IT control frameworks such as COBIT NIST is an advantage.
Experience:
1、Minimum 4 years in IT / operational audit experience , preferably from a Big 4/Second-tier public accounting firm (servicing MNC/HK-listed clients) directly from an in-house internal audit function of an MNC HK-listed company.
2、Goodal written communication in English, Chinese Putonghua.
3、Ability to work independently, under pressure facing challenge.
4、Good analytical, interpersonal time management skills.
5、Hands on experience foffice automation packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
6、Travel within Chinese Mainlis required.
