岗位职责：
1、参与制定公司整体信息化战略规划，确保其与公司业务战略高度协同
2、主导ERP系统（金蝶云·星空/苍穹等）的方案设计，满足业务需求。
3、负责ERP系统的二次开发、功能调整、BOS配置及自定义报表开发。
4、负责ERP系统与其他应用系统（如MES, WMS, CRM等）的API接口开发与集成
5、利用金蝶云集成开发平台进行插件开发及系统功能扩展。
6、负责系统日常运营维护，快速定位并解决数据异常、功能故障等运维问题。
7、为业务部门提供系统操作培训、使用指导和持续的技术支持。
8、探索并应用AI工具提升开发、运维及问题解决效率。
任职要求：
1、熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉JVM原理、包括JVM、IO、多线程、并发、网络等多线程编程及常见设计模式；
2、3年以上工作经验，需具备高并发设计能力；
3.、精通数据库技术如mysql等，熟悉数据库性能优化；熟悉分布式技术(包含RPC框架、缓存、消息队列等)；
4、掌握开发工具链（Maven、Git、Jenkins、gradle）及Linux基础命令
5、熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ等中间件，能够独立搭建和调优；
6、对技术有深入的理解，熟练运用Springboot/SpringCloud等主流分布式开源框架
7、熟练使用AI工具提升工作效率
8、熟悉金蝶苍穹平台开发优先
