工作职责
1、基于公司技术框架，从事金融软件的设计和开发工作
2、驻场服务客户，沟通项目需求，跟踪项目进度，梳理项目问题，协调内部资源，挖掘客户需求
3、快速学习新技术和金融业务知识，根据项目需要从事不同金融软件的设计和开发。
任职资格
1、5年以上技术开发经验，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、具有良好的编程基础（熟悉数据结构，算法，SQL, HTTP, 多线程，SOCKET, jvm等基础知识）
3、掌握JAVA技术栈，熟悉JAVA开发框架（Spring, MVC）并对框架原理有一些了解。掌握基础容器(TOMCAT, Nginx)的使用。
4、熟悉MySQL/Oracle数据库，熟悉关系数据库应用和开发。
5、使用过常用的开源中间件Redis、Zookeeper、Couchbase、MQ；
6、良好的团队意识和协作精神，有较强的内外沟通能力
7、有大数据，分布式框架经验优先。有金融系统开发经验优先。
8、能适应短期出差。
