工作职责：
1.Execute Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement activities according to plant Lean strategy priorities defined by Lean Manufacturing Manager.

2.Conduct shopfloobservation detailed process analysis to identify waste, bottlenecks improvement opportunities.

3.Implement improvement actions follow up action closure effectiveness.

4.Apply Lean Industrial Engineering tools in daily improvement activities, including but not limited to 7 wastes, standard work, SMED, Kaizen…

5.Work closely with Safety, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics other functions to improve process reliability eliminate waste.

6.Conduct regular 5S audits shopfloassessments coordinate corrective actions with responsible functions.

7.Lean training activities foperators frontline leaders.

8.Other duties as assigned
Familiar with position related HSE&En knowledge operation skill ability to preventive accident.

Know about hazard factors, corrective actions emergency actions of on-site position. Reporting the hidden danger other unsafe factto superitimely.

To implement the national HSE&En regulations, standard company HSE&En procedure.

Learning HSE&En regulation requirement, respect HSE&En requirement, report risk incident.


任职要求：
1.University above.Majin industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering.

2.1-2 years lean manufacturing / industrial engineer / continuous improvement experience. With process experience is a plus.

3.Be fluent at both written spoken English.
