Therapeutic area medical affairs team management, such as coaching, talent development, performance management as well as persistent process optimization.
Leads a team of RMMH MA&MSLs inder to achieve: - medical strategy development aligning with global RMMH franchise GMA - optimal support development of KOL/ROLs - high quality medical scientific support/communication to internal external customers
Supervises, develops manages Phase IV studies IIT ensures that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within Ferring locally globally. This includes the whole process according to SOPs. Ensures project needs are in line with commercial objectives.
Provides high quality medical scientific support/communications to internal external customers (e.g. advisory board meetings, regional training courses/workshops together with KOL/ROL, support of speakers with presentations literature research).
Maintains high level of scientific technical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas. Develops increases knowledge of medical literature. Prepares presents critical reviews of scientific publication congresses, internally externally.
Able to take the helicopter view to recognize trends. Develop the medical strategy aligning with global RMMH franchise, GMA local marketing. Strategically plans medical activities.
Answers product-specific FAQs from medical pharmaceutical customers as needed.
Supports Marketing, Sales Market Access in medical questions as needed.

Qualifications：
l Master Degree (Natural sciences medical)/preferably PHD l Sound clinical experience is highly recommended l Broad knowledge of general medicine l At least 8 years of relevant work experience in medical function coordinating therapeutic area in a multinational company. l Relevant publication list l Fluent knowledge of the English language l Knowledge in planning execution of scientific studies l Experience in gynecology obstetrics, preferably experience in Fertility l Excellent writingal communications skills (including presentations) l Strong networking skills (includes internal teams) l GCP multiyear professional experience in clinical study monitoring/initiation l Strong leadership skills
