Main Accountabilities :
Assess develop the whole market access strategy of company all portfolios both on national level provincial level.
Lead the local market access evidence generation ensure the evidence quality recognition in the business implementation.
Prioritize, develop maintain long-term strategic partnership with key stakeholdersganizations at central level, Shape positive policy environment.
Ensure that Government policies are accurately analysed up to date as well as identify opportunities risks fFerring business.
Establish professional image fFerring by actively interacting with governments on central level.

Achieving :
·Develop Lead Coordinate the strategy of all market access projects, like NRDL (National Reimbursement Drug List) CHI EAP, etc... ·
Generate favourable policy evidence to support all market access activities targets,
Develop lead the HTA (Healthcare Technology Assessment) HE (Health Economic) initiatives of all portfolios in China, including the global model local adaptation local project development to support business optimization.
Lead NRDL submission, lobby, track the progress ensure the outcome.
Lead VBP policy tracking shaping, company products lobby-out lobby-in strategy implementation.
Lead reimbursement pricing policy shaping lobbying work on national level.
Ensure the open lines of communication between the national/provincial payers Ferring China timely provide payer’s position to Ferring business portfolios.

Role related Qualifications/ Skills:
Bachelor’s degree at least, majin Medical, Pharm background is preferable
Minimum 5-7 year’s solid similar working experience with multinational pharmaceutical company
Excellent lobbying policy analysis skills good communication
Result-oriented, hands-on, independent be able to work under pressure
Fluent Bi-lingual capability communication, Chinese English.
