任职资格:

1、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架；熟悉分布式,缓存,消息队列等机制；熟悉JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化

2、熟悉Web编程：精通spring mvc、orm框架（mybatis或hibernate）

3、熟悉主流的数据库，如mysql，redis，memeche等，熟悉关系型数据库设计及SQL

4、具备良好的面向对象编程经验，深入理解OO、AOP思想，具有很强的分析设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式

5、1年以上开发经验；技术视野开阔，学习能力好，对业界新技术敏感，喜欢钻研，具有良好的学习能力并注重团队合作

6、有一定到linux基础，熟悉部分常用的部署环境：maven,tomcat，nginx，apache，db，mq等

7、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验优先 8、有过.Net开发经验者优先。
