工作职责：
1. 了解电子/生命科学/医疗行业的政策和发展趋势，结合典型客户的典型服务需求，将服务产品Offer融入到公司整体行业方案，并配套以适应行业特点的业务模式Biz Model和市场通路Go-to-Market，制定服务业务发展计划。
2. 实践行业服务业务发展计划，与前端区域销售团队紧密配合，协同跨BU、生态圈的力量，不断迭代业务落地行动和思路，推动业务可持续增长；深耕行业大客户，确保服务业务产出。
3. 与服务产品市场部、全国销售部NS和兄弟BU的行业部门协同，开展基于行业的方案融合（服务价值主张和白皮书）、市场推广（服务价值的市场宣贯）、生态排摸与协同等工作。
工作界面：
1．行业存量客户、伙伴及电气服务生态圈
2．施耐德电气产品BU、全国销售部的行业部门
3．施耐德电气区域服务销售、区域前端覆盖销售（全国销售部、工业事业部）
4．施耐德电气服务部市场部、服务中后台支持部门（售前与投标团队、项目执行团队、运营团队、服务工程师团队等）
教育/技能/要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先，电气自动化背景尤佳
2. 有以上行业售前方案/架构师/业务拓展等相关职位的经验，如对行业OpEx业务模式和生态圈有一定了解的优先
3. 对行业有敏锐的市场捕捉能力，掌握一定的行业研究方法论，如有进一步据此规划业务、实践并落实的经验尤佳
4. 良好的沟通和团队协作、资源整合和业务推动能力，积极主动且有主人翁意识
5. 熟练使用Office文件，包括Excel数据分析、PPT案例总结复盘/业务汇报呈现等
