The Role:

The Sr CMF Design Specialist develops design concepts specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics, perceived value appearance of physical hardware products systems fproduct consumers end users. Responsible fvision supporting product development to work close to the global new product innovation team. You will have exposure to the full product development journey.You will be part of the Global CMF Design Team will collaborate with a global network of multi-disciplinary designers engineers.

- Play the role of Design Specialist to support the strategy designer’s idea.
-In charge of the product design level new product innovation have a strong sense of golden sample limit sample signature.
- Set standards implement best practices to achieve CMF Design excellence in mass-production
- Provide strategic vision to ID, BrMarketing fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers Engineering to ensure targets schedules are met
- compile CMF prototype samples, to grow our global materials library

Your Qualifications Skills:

- At least 5 years of professional CMF design experience, defining trends, color, material, finishes fmass manufacture.
- Excellent visualization presentation skills, using Adobe Creative Suite Keyshot.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing processes a passion femerging material technologies.
- Strongganizational skills.
- Great visual, verbal, written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Industrial Design Mechanical Product Design Engineering.
- Well-versed in user-centered design methods techniques.
- Strong portfolio of cutting-edge design demonstrating solid design skills forward thinking.
- Understanding of the latest CE technologies manufacturing processes.
