SUMMARY
Responsible fthe Test Engineering Process the attributes that can affect the process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze daily process yield reports that will include, but not limited to the following: operaterrors, defective product, test equipment/test defects, RMA product defects, spear corrective actions.
- Increase production yields by understanding reducing operaterrors driving manufacturing test engineering defects back to the appropriate department.
- Assist Test Engineer in developing preventative maintenance program assure compliance to reduce downtime increase process yields throughout the process.
- Analyze downtime sheets recording downtime of a station to set guidelines fpreventative maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure all process manuals documentation are maintained properly.
- Review all 5x5 tests to ensure that they were performed adhered to.
- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation testing as needed.
- Conduct NPI test evaluations.
- Prevent test escapes.
- Ensure product testing completeness reliability.
- generate documentation as required.
- Assist Project Test Engineer with test process review.
- Evaluates test probes.
- Set-up equipment to perform any required programming verification test following established procedures fthe specified operations to be performed.
- Ensure quality (work meets exceeds Jabil Workmanship Standards) improve efficiency through the use of the SPC system when available.
- Operates automated electronic test equipment on manufactured circuit board assemblies subassemblies.
- Responsible fmaintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line meeting production goals while performing the assigned test duties.
- Label stamp boards, fill out tags.
- Advise supervisof any recurring test failure so that prompt corrective action may be taken.
- Ensure assemblies are properly handled marked.
- Ensure daily logs move/production tickets are accurately maintained.
- Follow simple, standardized routine written directions fassigned test operations.
- Adhere to all safety health rules regulations associated with this position as directed by supervisor.
- Comply follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties responsibilities as assigned.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisjob title(s) typically include: Production Supervisor, Production Manager
- Job is NOT directly responsible fmanaging other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/pay decisions, performance management).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, the general public.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability statistical inference, fundamentals of plane solid geometry trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical diagram form deal with several abstract concrete variables.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Associates of Science in NT Electronics Electrical Engineering Technical Certification preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience
- an equivalent combination of education, training experience

要求
1. 2024年或者2025年毕业硕士研究生，英语6级或以上，英文口语流利；
2.需要办公软件, Excel/ Word/PPT；
3.沟通能力强，能够主动与工作的合伙人进行沟通，达成工作的目标；
4. 机械设计及其自动化、应用统计学、电子封装技术、飞行器制造、微电子科学与工程、光学、人工智能、智能制造相关专业优先
