JOB SUMMARY
Lead guide the workcell QE section in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be creative proactive, focusing on continuous improvement. an environment that is culturally embedded in a "Quality " mentality in the workcell. Liaise with customer on all quality related issues together with the workcell functional team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit maintain high-caliber work force fQA function fthe workcell.
- Work with all levels in the workcell supporting functions to improve product quality performance with ultimate goal of Zero Defect. Ensure all levels of theganization focused on providing the customer with defect-free product customer satisfaction.
- Drive to conclusion all action items assigned to the workcell team members other supporting functions.
- Develop, motivate lead all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct timely feedback in formal informal media, on all issue pertaining to product quality.
- Monitevaluate the level of QEs’ involvement success on all activities pertaining to product quality improvement; their contribution towards the continuous improvement of process yields efficiencies.
- Provide support to all functions to ensure that appropriate corrective preventive measures are taken implemented on a timely basis.
- Evaluate schedule training programs and/seminar fthe Quality Engineering team other functions that required the appropriate knowledge fproduct quality improvement.
- Ensure plant wide ESD Controls Product Regulatory requirements are established maintained.
- Maintain positive employee relations with encouragement of Jabil’s open-dopolicy, suggestion box, participation in status team meetings, interactive one-on-one communication.
- Ensure the responsibility accountability are very clear; communicate calmly, but clearly, on areas that need improvement. Instill a continuous improvement mentality in all functions within the workcell.
- Review all relevant policies procedures with direct reports within the workcell (related to product quality) regarding the specific application to their assignments. Ensure each individual comprehend, as well as providing them ongoing support to ensure compliance.
- Foster good morale, a proactive positive culture, maximize the opportunity fpersonal growth within the workcell QA Team.
- Able to lead coach all Quality Engineering personnel to enable independence ownership of their efforts.
- Develop, motivate challenge all team members to perform to their fullest potential, providing direct timely feedback in either a formal informal media.
- Prepare periodic performance reviews of all direct reports. Recommend salary increases changes in job status as appropriate.

- To extend support to other workcell functions, upon request from QA Manager and/senimanagement, whenever needs arise, fthe benefit of the company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive knowledge of global regional logistics operations industry.
- Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals objectives with ability to devise implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Advanced financial analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Advanced knowledge of international direct indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing management continuous productivity cost reduction programs.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word PowerPoint) e-mail skills required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related discipline.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the Quality related field.
- Proficient knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function.
- Has tier 1 automotive industry background is must.
