工单派发：根据影响范围和紧急程度评估优先级，将工单分配至相应内部团队或外部供应商（如保洁、安保、技工、茶水间服务），并跟踪响应时效；对异常状态（尤其是预约类工单）及时提醒相关团队跟进。

报告支持：识别问题趋势与重复性故障，提出改进建议；协助编制周/月度报告，涵盖工单量、响应时效、常见问题及 SLA 达成情况。
沟通与升级机制：妥善处理升级事项，及时向相关方同步进展；对复杂、高频或高优先级问题，上报主管、客户经理或技术负责人。

客户服务：始终保持专业、耐心、礼貌，即使在高峰期也体现 FM 服务商作为可靠职场体验伙伴的形象。
其他支持：协助管理协作区的日常预订；在前台接待人员休假期间提供临时支援。

要求：
持有设施管理、建筑维护、工程或相关领域的学历或高级文凭者优先。
1–3 年客服台、设施协调、物业管理或楼宇运营相关经验；具备在企业、商业或机构环境中处理工单、维修请求或服务票据的实际经验。
基础技术知识：了解楼宇系统基础知识（如 HVAC、电气、给排水、门禁、消防及生命安全系统）优先。
