Job Description
Key Responsibalities:
Team Leadership & Operational Ownership
● Lead, motivate, manage a team of 7 analysts owning a suite of pricing systems applications.
● Ensure reliability, quality, compliance of pricing systems with corporate IT standards.
Solution Design & Business Collaboration
● Collaborate with cross-functional (sales, pricing, IT teams) global (APAC, EU, US) stakeholders to gather, scope, manage business requirements.
● Design champion solutions aligned with business technology goals, developing business cases alongside stakeholders.
Project & Quality Management
● Plan manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets.
● Establish SOPs, contingency plans, business continuity strategies.
● Monitproject progress, escalate risks, assure system application quality.
Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution
● Lead root cause analysis of pricing system issues implement long-term, scalable fixes.
● Develop track KPIs to measure system performance, issue resolution, team productivity.
You will be a great fit if you:
● Hold a Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline.
● Have 5-10 years of relevant experience in pricing systems IT applications management, including 5 years leading analyst teams.
● Have a proven track record of attracting, retaining, developing high-performing teams in diverse inclusive environments.
● Demonstrate thought leadership with a creative mindset to innovate re-engineer processes fgreater efficiency.
● Resilient, an excellent communicator, able to influence drive change at allganizational levels.
● Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, SQL.
● Thrive in diverse, fast-paced, dynamic environments.
