【工作内容】
1. 与技术经理及产品开发经理紧密合作，解决新产品开发中的技术难题，包括版型调整、楦型设计、试穿效果及底材处理，协助进行分析并落实改进措施。
2. 参与材料团队对材料的评审及开发阶段的材料风险评估，确保产品工程符合生产所需的安全与质量标准。
3. 与供应商、纽约合作伙伴及亚洲TB团队进行技术资料审核与澄清，确保理解一致。通过现场检查和详细指导，维护公司试穿标准与美学要求。
4. 协调并主导试穿评审会议，记录所有试穿结果，标注偏差及所需行动项，并推动问题闭环。
5. 与产品开发团队和纽约团队协作，解决版型修正和结构问题。
6. 优先处理并执行日常技术任务，包括跟踪问题和管理待办事项，以确保高效的工作流程。
7. 协助经理监督中国工厂生产的成品分级，以及必要的模具分级。根据既定标准和生产能力验证分级方案。
8. 定期向经理和主要合作伙伴汇报*新进展。
【任职要求】
1.至少10年产品开发或预生产经验，尤其是在女鞋领域。
2. 具备女鞋尺码校正、样鞋试穿的专业技术。
3. 精通鞋楦制作、鞋底模具、版型设计和鞋底组件。
4. 深入了解并能够评估原材料、辅料和组件相关的风险。
5. 英语口语和书面表达能力流利，能够在压力下独立工作。
6. 能够自信地与海外合作伙伴进行有效沟通和协作。
RESPONSIBLILITY
1. Work in partnership with the Technical Manager Product Development Manager to address technical challenges in new development, including pattern adjustments, lasts, fitting, sole bottoms. Assist in conducting root-cause analyses implementing corrective actions as necessary.
2. Participate with the materials team in reviewing materials conducting material risk assessments during the development stage. This ensures that product engineering meets safety quality standards required fproduction.
3. Conduct technical package reviews clarifications with vendors, New York partners, the Asia TB team to ensure clear interpretation. Work closely with vendors to maintain company fitting standards aesthetic expectations through hands-on inspections detailed guidance.
4. Coordinate lead fit review sessions with factories team members. Document all fit findings, note deviations required actions, escalate unresolved issues to the Manager when appropriate.
5. Provide technical input to cross-functional teams regarding product quality, sample execution, fit-related issues, supporting timely effective decision-making.
6. Collaborate with DGO Product Development New York teams to address pattern corrections resolve construction issues.
7. Prioritize execute daily technical tasks, which include tracking issues managing action items to ensure efficient workflow.
8. Assist the manager in overseeing finished product grading commercialization fChina-based productions, as well as tooling grading when required. Verify grading prescriptions against established standards production capabilities.
9. Prepare provide accurate, clear, comprehensive quality standards handover packages to vendors the commercialization team fproduct commercialization.
10. Deliver regular updates to managers key partners, especially in cases where sample schedules technical challenges could impact quality, delivery timelines, costing.
EDUCATION & PRIEXPERIENCE NEEDED
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development pre-production, specifically in ladies footwear.
2. Demonstrated technical expertise in line correction, sample size fitting, full-size grading fladies’ footwear.
3. Strong knowledge of last making, bottom tooling, pattern engineering, bottom components.
4. Solid understanding of, ability to assess, risks related to raw materials, trims, components.
5. Proficient in spoken written English, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
6. Confident in working communicating effectively with overseas partners.
