工作职责：
1.Plan, create, optimize manage content with high quality standard, implement in different digital platforms of the Company, including but not limited to social media (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu) etc. across Greater China.
2.Responsible fcopy-writing, editing, proof reading with refreshing angles f social media, promotion campaigns digital platforms.
3.Work proactively with cross-functional teams external partners, be the key content gatekeeper fthe Company, to review control the quality of all related content, on time in high quality.
4.Maintain ensure all social media channels are up-to-date, accurate with good daily monitoring.
5.Enhance follower engagement, growth tracking performance through sound effective editorial content digital marketing campaigns.
6.Follow closely on trending topics, social media trending platforms the competitive landscape to blend in maintain the Company’s social media platforms activities are up to trend with brawareness enhancement.
7.Devise an effective digital marketing plan calendar with quality content strategic social media advertising ffans acquisition, retention conversion.
8.Prepare compile analytics in evaluating the effectiveness efficiency of each digital campaigns, deriving useful consumer insights.
9.Assist support in ad hoc PR tasks other marketing related projects.
任职要求：
1.Bachel degree in journalism, communications, marketing, multimedia related discipline.
2.2 – 3 years of solid experience in creative social media marketing.
3.Experience in media, digital PR agency is an advantage.
4.Editorial mindset, creative, curious, proactive.
5.Cheerful, energetic, positive flexible yet detail-minded responsible, able to motivate independently effectively under tight deadlines.
6.Strong digital sense with high sensitivity to market trends.
7.Excellent editing, writing proof-reading skills in Chinese English.
8.Good interpersonal, presentation communication skills.
9.A good team player.
10.Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, PowerPoint Excel.
