5、熟悉Weblogic、Websphere等主流应用服务器的配置和应用
6、具备面向对象系统分析、系统设计经验；
7、具备较强的业务理解沟通能力、较强的技术指导能力、较好的敬业精神，以及良好的团队合作意识
