任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验。

3. 掌握MySQL/Oracle数据库设计与SQL调优，熟悉Redis等缓存中间件在微服务场景的应用。
4. 具备微服务项目实战经验，能独立设计高并发、可扩展的微服务模块。
5. 拥有良好的问题分析能力与团队协作意识，能快速响应业务需求变化。
